Lucy began practicing yoga in 2002 because she wanted to reduce excess weight, ease stress and to relieve wrist and back pain. Yoga proved to show results immediately and steadily with joy through the practice.
She is happy to bring that same energy and fun into her classes where students learn postures, flow yoga and to develop their own yoga practice.
Students are challenged to find their limits and learn new sequences of Asana (postures), which aid students in setting progressive goals geared for their bodies and health and fitness goals.
Lucy has helped students with various conditions, ranging from injury recovery, fibromyalgia, cancer survivor to pregnancy and higher weight individuals.
Lucy's philosophy is that everyone is suited for yoga, and you don't need to be flexible or fit to start practicing. Lucy will help you with allocating time to schedule your practice, and make it a part of your life, even a busy life.

A. Think about setting aside some of your preconceptions about yoga and be open to looking inward for that inner voice that we all have to help guide you where you'd like to be and who you'd like to become. This is the transformative nature of yoga. It helps you become more of who you are, but only if you are ready.
