We hired Don to come and lead three CPR trainings for our staff and we could not have been happier! Don was an excellent instructor who really made the training enjoyable for our staff, while being very effective at communicating the important information. He was professional, personable, articulate and a wonderful instructor all around. He answered all emails promptly and was a pleasure to work with in setting up the classes as well. We will most definitely be using him again for all of our CPR training needs!

I brought Don in to train the staff here at my job, and I couldn't have been happier with the experience. Don was knowledgeable and his personality relaxed everyone and created an atmosphere where people were able to interact comfortably. It was also very evident that he truly cares about helping people.

Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Decide to use a provider based on three things: Performance, Flexibility, and Cost.

Do they deliver training in such a way that you will feel confident to use the skills? We believe we do.

Flexibility is built into our motto: "At your site; at your convenience!"

Cost is a major consideration and we believe we are priced fairly but lower than nearly everyone else. Our purpose is to serve and we know that some of those we serve are not in a position to pay the $80 for CPR and another $80 for First Aid. We come in at a fraction of that for both skill sets.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. My training sessions are very thorough but with a light and entertaining touch. We have fun; who says CPR and/or First Aid must be boring!? When I teach, I teach a student to know what to do "next." Then, they'll be prepared to know HOW to perform and WHAT to do!

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. The opportunity to meet people who are serious about the privilege to save a life! After a time, my students become my friends!

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. People generally want to know how soon can they get their certificates. With proper planning, I can issue certificates the day of the class.

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. I have had many students report that they used the skills to actually save a life! The most recent instance involved a 3-year old girl.

There is nothing more gratifying for an Instructor to hear!
