Stephanie is the consummate professional. She is not only knowledgeable, but also the hardest working property manager you will meet. When you make the decision to have someone help you manage your property, you want someone that will pay attention to the details, that foresees the potential challenges and mitigates the impact. She is as detailed oriented as she is a pleasure to work with. Don't deal with it on your own. Stephanie can and will manage all the things that'd you'd rather not have to think about!

Stephanie is a joy to communicate and work with. She is knowledgeable in her field and always goes above and beyond to address homeowners concerns. She even helped to mitigate mold damage by securing the property, bringing in mold remediation experts, and helping bring the property up to pre damage levels. I gave her my real estates number so she can help his clientele looking to rent.So if you are thinking about an investment property, or renting out a home you own, or if you travel for work, you have to speak to Stephanie about turning your liability into an asset by having someone manage your biggest financial decision, your house!

The price will vary on the type of services the client requests. We offer Limited and All-inclusive property management services. Complimentary consultation.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with client to understand needs and discuss services at the property or we can stop by later and evaluate the property. We will do a rental analysis of the property to determine the price range and work with owner to ensure it is ready for the market. We discuss next steps after initial consultation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed Property Manager in the state of Maryland. Take Fair housing and continuing education classes in the industry.
