- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with a new customer involves several steps to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience. The customer reaches out to us via phone, email, or our website to schedule a consultation, where we understand their requirements in detail, either over the phone, via video call, or in person. A service fee may apply for a in person visit, which is deductible from the total project cost if the customer proceeds with our services. We provide the customer with a detailed proposal outlining the recommended services, timeline, and pricing. Once the customer approves the proposal, we finalize the agreement, including any terms and conditions, and obtain their consent and deposit to proceed. We then coordinate with the customer to schedule the work at a convenient time, confirming dates, times, and any necessary access to the property.
