I didn't always know that I wanted to be a photographer. In fact, it wasn't until I had my first child and a bajillion photos later that I realized my passion for photography. Overall, I love meeting new people. I get incredibly happy when I meet and photograph a couple that just got engaged- their love is so contagious! I love being allowed a small window in to their life, the things that they love and what truly makes them happy! The same goes for weddings, babies and family. I love my family so much they fuel my passion! I feel so honored to work with and photograph you and your family!!!

Amanda is very easy going and makes the session feel relaxed and laid back. You can be yourself and she has a away of making you enjoy taking pictures. After you see the proofs she takes, you can see that she really does have a passion for the work she does. I just love the way she captures those precious moments!

FAQs

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Currently I am a member of WPPI (Wedding & Portrait Photographers International) and PPA (Professional Photographers of America). I am constantly trying to better myself and my skills by utilizing the resources made available by these great professional organizations.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Primarily I photograph family, children, seniors and engagement sessions. I do love photographing weddings.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If I could offer any advice about finding a photographer I would say visit their photography site and blog. Make sure that their style matches yours. Read their blog and get to know your photographer of choice and choose them because they stand out from other photographers. The more comfortable you are with your photographer your pictures will show.
