Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. When looking for an heating and air conditioning company check the companys license and look for Nate certified techs as well. Beware of using a friend of a friend on the side you could find your with out heat or ac. HVAC systems are not something to gamble on our faimlies comfort and safety are on the line. Use a PRO do it right the first time.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Change your filter do not buy the expensive 1" replacement filters these product are to restictive and will raise your gas and electric bill as well as shorten the life of your equipment. The 1" opening on your system for your filter was never ment to be an air cleaner. It was put there to keep the very large 5.0 micron dust etc out of your system to keep your draining system clear. That is it if you want an air cleaner call a PRO to match the right product for the right job. Get your system service every year to make sure you are not wasting power of damaging your system.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. What is my warantee on the repairs you are recommending or the system you are installing? Is there a 10 year parts and labor warantee i can buy from the manufacture? Are you licensed, insured and trained by Nate and the manufacture of this product?
