Introduction: Our Property Management Team is accesible 24/7 either by phone or email. We offer our Homeowners and Tenants access to the Buildium Management Program which allows them to see all transactions and documents pertaining to the property. The homeowner and tenants each have their own logins and access to the reports pertaining to them. We also do quarterly inspections which allows us to better control damage and needed maintenance to the property. We also take photos at each inspection. A move in inspection is completed with the tenants and photos are taken of each room and of the exterior. I like dealing with people. We have a good track records for finding tenants and homeowners that are good for each other. Its best to understand what a homeowner is looking for in a tenant and vice versa.

The Property Manager should be available 24/7 for the homeowner and the tenant. Inquire as to what the property manager will do to protect your investment.
