Question and answer

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. The top three questions that I ask couples are as follows:
1) What date have they chosen? (Or at least which season are they interested in.)

2) What is their budget? (Or at least a range). Services are not based on budget, but this is important for finding initial service vendors.

3) How many guests do they expect? The number of guests has a huge effect on the budget.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. RWCE is unique because of the extras that we offer:
1) We offer our clients a money-back guarantee, while others do not.

2) We require a lower retainer fee than most other planning/design companies. We also provide great flexibility with payments.

3) Our retainer fee is also refundable, just in case you find another planner that you'd rather work with.

4) We only work with a certain number of clients per month/year to ensure that we give our brides the top-notch service that they deserve.

5) We also offer a 50% off sale at the end of every year for the upcoming year. Ex: every bride who books her 2011 wedding by Dec 31, 2010, will receive 50% off her package choice.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Oh, don't get me started. This job can be extremely challenging, but I wouldn't give it up for the world. I love working with brides from the beginning to the end. When we first discuss their vision, it's just in their head, it's only imaginary. But when they walk into the facility and SEE their dream before them... it's an amazing feeling to know that I helped someone create their vision. I love weddings.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Well, the magic question is always the money question: How much do you charge? I'm very excited about the different plans that Pinkberry Moon offers. We focus on convenience and pampering, so our high end packages are individually sculpted according to the needs and scope of the work needed. But our Virtual packages are very well priced beginning at $297 or $1497. The best part is that our Virtual Guidance Sessions can be scheduled at your convenience and they never expire. You can have your first meeting in Jan and your next in Oct, it's based on your preference. We work closely with each couple/bride to ensure that she gets the help that she needs.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. I will ALWAYS remain in a position to learn. The wedding industry changes all the time so I do my best to learn and change right along with it.
