Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. When looking for a cleaning service provider make sure the rates quoted are comparable to other rates, cheaper does not always mean better and can sometimes mean "less than" quality. Also look for a service has been established, you may want to run a search engine inquiry about the service provider or check on the State's website to see if they have a history. You may ask the provider for a W-9, it's a 'Request for Taxpayer
Identification Number and Certification' to help verify a legitimate service provider, not one who is operating illegally. Ask if the service provider is insured, the legitimate provider will be! Lastly research the cleaning service provider at your local Better Business Bureau. You will be able to find out if anyone has lodged any complaints against the service provider. There are many honest and trustworthy cleaning service providers that are willing to go the extra mile to help you feel comfortable! Hope you find the cleaning service provider you are looking for!

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. If, at a glance, the area looks "clean" it isn't necessarily clean. Meaning, look at the not so obvious areas. Examples: Are your baseboards clean? Is the floor (and baseboards) behind your toilet clean? Are your surfaces shined with no streaks? What about behind your t.v./ monitor/ computer? Are the edges of your carpet debris free? What about your light switches and wall outlets? There are a lot of areas that some services will try to cut corners and reduce the amount of adequate cleaning time spent in your home or office. Feel free to check behind your cleaning service, see if these inconspicuous areas have been cleaned. A quality company like us will encourage it... WE HAVE NOTHING TO HIDE!

A. I am self employed meaning I work for my customers. What I like most about my "job" is the opportunities I have to form connections with all different types of people in all different types of professions. I am able to make connections with my residential customers and their families and business owners and their employees. I network with other business professionals as well as other cleaning business owners! I meet new people all the time, and have formed some wonderful relationships from casual random meetings. I've been in business for the past 6 years and have learned a lot, and wouldn't trade the relationships I've made as a result!
