Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Ask questions, but most importaintly, be sure you feel comfortable with the person you choose to attend your birth. There has to be trust. Is this someone you'd enjoy having tea with?
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. My doula practices I have learned from experiance, and was tending to the needs and comforts of mothers, infants, and children before I knew it was a "profession".
Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?
A. I am a life long learner. This applies to my profession, my advocations, my hobbies and interests. I attend workshops and classes and conferences. I read and research. I enjoy growing in knowledge!
