Do not hire this person. Fred Goldhaber and his company complete fraud. He lies about his location, asked to pay him upfront full price, did not left proposal and receipt as promised. Left out basement dirty, and wet.
He is not answering his phone and we are not able to find him. Beware !!!!!!!!
