Introduction: Dog Zone is a small business with several years of combined training experience. Dog Zone has been in business for 19 years and most of our staff has been there from the beginning. We are always going to seminars and other training classes to improve our training knowledge. We like to keep in touch with our clients and assist when needed. With the number of years in the dog business a lot of our customers are on their second and third dog with us. Our customers become more like friends than just clients. All of us at Dog Zone are passionate about dogs. We all have dogs that we train and do dog sport activities with. One thing is for sure, dog people are good people. We enjoy working with the dogs but the owners become good friends as well.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are always going to seminars or training camps to improve our knowledge. Our library at Dog Zone is very large as well as our kindles:) Most people take vacations but we go to seminars and training schools, that is our vacation.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Our group training classes are the most popular for clients. We also have a waiting list of our board and train programs. We do not take more than two dogs per week for board and train, but that is so we can put a lot of time into training each dog. Our clients often choose the board and train because they do not have the time to do the training.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We are currently training a dog to be a certified service dog. The training has been fun and rewarding to all the trainers. We know the dog is going to provide a much better quality of life for her owner.
