I have equipment and I could come to your home, rec center (you pay guest fee), apartment, condo clubhouse, gym (you pay guest fee) or at a local park! Outdoor workouts are only for the early morning or later evening right now.
I am certified, experienced and have references available!
I specialize in training women, as I trained for almost two years at an all ladies club. I currently have two male clients and accept children as well!
Let me help you! I can help you reach your goal with great workouts, motivation, information and a grocery store trip so I can show you how to read food labels and better understand how improper food choices affects weight loss!

I am available from 6am to 7pm, Monday through Friday, 8am-1pm on Saturdays.
