I offer hypnotherapy sessions that are personalized and focused on individual specific needs, using highly effective and scientifically proven RTT method.

Working with Bo has been amazing!
I cannot even find word to explain it. She is wonderful individual, she makes me feel safe and help me work through whatever comes up in the session without judgement.
I highly recommend her service, you will feel like she is with you every day. She checks in and make sure you are ok. Give it a try, you will not regret it!!!

I was pretty nervous when I got to Bo’s office, but that didn’t last very long. Bo’s professionalism was outstanding. Bo has helped me tremendously and I listen to the recording every evening. I would definitely recommend Bo!!
