Introduction: I feel blessed to have been gifted much knowledge about yoga. It is an ongoing and lifetime personal practice well embedded in my daily life. Yoga has given me so much fulfillment, that I hope to offer it to others in heartfelt service and integrity. Yoga can be experienced in an infinite number of ways, and I sincerely hope to extend the teachings in a way that meets the goals and needs of my clients. Safety and form are of utmost importance as well. That said, I am fascinated by all areas of yoga, from meditation to advance poses, breathwork to philosophy, restoration to growth....the list goes on! With open communication, I assure to do my best to guide you through what you hope to receive out of a yoga practice, and then some! Same goes for the Thai Bodywork. This practice is always catered to the individual, and is approached with utmost respect. From my end, form and deep intuition come first. The more I work with a client, the more healing benefits he or she experiences. I trained both within the USA, as well as direct from the source in Thailand. I studied in a variety of schools from an array of Thai teachers. Each one of them left a lasting impression on me. The spirituality and integrity of this practice is said to have been passed down from the time of the Buddha. This lineage is something I honor, helping me to practice from the heart. There are so many reasons why I LOVE doing what I do! First off, it is an honor and privilege to share the practice of yoga. It is so fulfilling to witness ongoing growth and change amongst both students and within studio communities. Generally speaking, people are happy to practice yoga and I help them acknowledge that their effort to practice is the most important part. By the end of any given session, the people I work with demonstrate a visible, honest, and positive change. What a beautiful process to witness!! Any given single session is a reward for me, and so is the progress clients make over time. Thai Bodywork (aka, Thai massage) offers the same reward. I do not overlook the trust that clients hold with me to use hands on touch for healing and restoration. Thai Bodywork is a meditative practice that generates Metta (lovingkindness) to all. People often tell me of the lasting benefits they experience from their Thai sessions with me. Along with a client's willingness to relax and receive, it is the wisdom of the practice that is doing the work. It is so amazing!

I have enjoyed massage for many years at home and at some of the greatest spas in the world. The was my first time with traditional Thai massage. It was very different and healing. I was completely comfortable and Stephanie took her time to understand my body. The experience was a delight for me, but like all good things ended too soon. I felt light when I left the studio. As a side note, I loved grandma's pillow and the color palette of the mat/rug/ pillow was soothing as well. Looking forward to a long session this week. Recommended to friends as well and I am sure they will try it out. For those of you that may not know Stephanie, she is a very careful and thoughtful person to whom you can surrender.

I have had two Thai Bodywork sessions now with Stephanie and will definitely be booking future sessions. Stephanie has also been my yoga instructor for several months. What I really like about Stephanie is she started our session by asking me a lot of questions about my background, movement ability, past athletic activity, etc. She is very knowledgeable but also humble, and when I would ask a question, if she didn't know the exact answer, she came back to me later with the requested information. I also value her integrity in her yoga teaching style. She is very cognizant of individual limitations of one's body and will never recommend a posture/pose if there is any chance of pain or harm. I have had far too many yoga instructors in the past who will try to force the body into a posture that is simply not feasible, thus causing injury. I have been practicing yoga for 10 years and been exposed to numerous instructors as well as received Thai Bodywork from previous instructors. Stephanie is hands down, the most knowledgeable, skilled and trustworthy instructor I have met. I would recommend her with my highest regards.

I had Stephanie as a yoga teacher while I was training. She is an exceptionally understanding and calm person, I felt that she intuitively understood what boundaries I was coming up against both mentally and physically. She has a very healing presence and character and is an encouraging and patient teacher. I believe that presence and personality is very important when doing yoga or getting a healing massage. I would definitely recommend Stephanie as a teacher and masseuse. She was a great person to learn from.
