Brandon the new owner of TCI came to my house to inspect the mold condition the second day after my call! He was very professional and very efficient! The quote he gave was very reasonable. I chose TCI over another company because TCI not only cleans the mold but also tackles the root cause, which in my case is the lack of ventilation in the attic. So the estimate also includes the installation of wider vents which another company says they were unable to perform and will need me to contact someone else to do it. The technician Reece who came yesterday was also professional. Not only did he treat the mold, he also replaced the attic access panel for free. They also provided 1 year warranty which is very reassuring! Thanks for the great service! I would highly recommend TCI to anyone who needs mold cleaning!

I was very happy with TCI Remediation for our attic insulation and mold removal. We had poor ventilation causing moisture. Brandon came in and assessed the situation quickly and was very friendly and knowledgeable. The price quoted to redo the insulation, add baffles for ventilation, and treat the mold was very fair. The crew also came in very quickly and Brent and Reese were very nice and knowledgeable as well. They did an excellent job and were very clean as well. Excellent company and I would highly recommended to anyone!

This is a great company. They were extremely responsive and efficient. The guys that came out were very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. Our whole job was done in a day and I couldnt be happier with the outcome. If you have a mold problem please call them you wont be disappointed.

Brandon was fantastic. He stopped by our house to inspect for mold as we thought there was some in the attic. Not only was there no mold and he didn't try to sell us something we didn't need, he also didn't charge us for the inspect. Highly Recommend.
