- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are for self service buffet. Prices vary according to the menu you choose. We charge per person not per plate. Children are charged a lower rate. Veterans receive a 10% discount.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
ServSafe Certification, I read cookbooks, follow food trends online and occasionally watch Food Network. I really enjoy the competitive shows.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have had a passion for cooking and serving others since I was about 6 years old. I come from a large family and we had a lot of celebrations.
