I should not miss the opportunity to comment on the service supplied by Nick. I am also a computer tech, but work on the hardware end, and when we had to re-create the data from my sisters computer it was past my realm. I really cannot say enough about his professionalism, knowledge and demeanor. He was very friendly and informative concerning the propblem, and did a great job explaining to me what he was doing, although some of it was familiar. He not only fixed the computer, but we had a hardware issue that added to the time required. It was luck that I had the hard drive on hand but there was no extra charge for the time he put in. He had no problem explaining to me the process and tools, and he also answeed any other questions that I had. It was a great learning experience, and the computer was restored and I learned a lot about the software and file restore process. He is definately someone I will have available to clients in my toolbox in the future and will give referrals to anyone in need. Do not hesitate to call for top notch service and professional advice.

Question and answer

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Every job is unique as far as the customer is concerned. It doesn't matter if I've removed a thousand viruses before, the one the current customer has is the most important.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Ask them how long they've been in business and if they'd mind giving you some customer references.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. There are plenty of companies out there offering computer services. Some are huge corporations, others are owner operated.

The level of service you get from those folks varies greatly.

The bottom line is this, it doesn't matter who does the work so long as it's the best quality, you are treated well and it's done for a fair price. I promise that if you choose my service you will get all these things.

I'm a consumer too. I treat my customers the way I expect to be treated. That means no hidden costs, no tricks, no nonsense and above all else, respected and looked after as a customer should be

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Working directly with the customers and building more than just a sale. To have a customer refer me to another, or to have a customer return for additional work is the best reward.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. How do you know all this stuff?

My answer - I've been doing this since I was 10 years old, I'm pushing 40 now. I love this work. There are two things I can do well, technology and customer service.
