Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. When it comes to home maintenance you have to keep up on it, check your roof every year or so, shingles may have blown off over the years, all the vent pipes and skylites should be sealed, there should be no cracks in any tar or silicone around them, missing bricks on chemney, windows should be caulked,ETC.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. When you are a small local Michigan company you need to take pride in your work as I do.I the owner am on every job ,so that I know it gets done to my quality of work.Plus all my work comes with written warrenties

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. The thing I like most about my line of work, Is helping people, seeing the appreciation on the customers face when you leave the job for the last time, and everything is just how they wanted it to be.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Are you licensed and insured? Yes I am and have been for ten years. Customers like to ask how long have I been doing this type of work? I have been doing home improvements for 20yrs.Does this come with a warranty? All warranties are hand written by me the owner.

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. Every story is my favorite, cause they all end with very happy customers, best of all, they are repeat customers after I leave.

A. My experience, that is one of the main things to know about anyone coming to work on your home. We are a fully licensed and insured company. Everything I do comes with a written warranty.
