We received a quote for spring clean up back in March. The contract was marked that the following items would be completed: clean up turf/bed area, cutting back of perennials, pruning(trim and shape) and off-site disposal of debris. The end of April I had to call and find out when they were coming. I was told they had me down for an aeration to which I explained we never discussed aeration nor was it marked on my contract. This was on a Friday and they said they would be out on Mon to do spring clean up. Monday came and went as did Tues and Weds. They finally come on Thurs afternoon only to use leaf blowers, clippers to cut dead off rose bushes and leave clippings in my beds and a horrible attempt of cleaning the dead from perennials. Furthermore, they did not take away the debris as stated in the contract. I once again have to call them and ask about the removal of debris in my beds. I still had pine cones left all in my bed and lawn not to mention the clippings from my roses that they trimmed and left. I was told that it was a work in progress. That when they came to do lawn service they would continue to clean up in beds. They said they would be back out to finish. I asked about the off site disposal of debris that they marked as part of the clean up to which he argues he didn't mark because he wouldn't be able to take everyone's debris away. He then proceeds to tell me I got a good deal that there was a lot of clean up and it looks better than it did before they started. I'm thinking to myself this kid thinks that just because he misquoted the job that it's ok to only do the work for the amount he quoted. Not my problem that the job wasn't quoted right. However, I expect the service to be done properly whether it takes longer or is more work. My neighbors also hired them for spring clean up and lawn service. They too are still waiting for this company to come finish the spring clean up. Needless to say my neighbors and I discontinued the lawn service with this company. When a company offers a service they need to honor that service. I shouldnt have to clean up after the "spring clean up". I wouldn't recommend this lawn company to anyone. Yeah they will give you a cheap quote but you will not get the service done properly.

Great company. Great prices, very affordable and I saved 10% off by prepaying last year! They do an OUTSTANDING job with everything they do. They did my spring cleanup my mulching and lawn care last spring/summer and my fall clean up and snow in the fall/winter! My husband is on the road a lot and I never have to worry if my yard will look good. Thank you to All-Pro Landscaping. I recommend them to all my friends and family.

I signed an maintenance agreement for spring clean up and now can't reach anyone. I left messages and no one has called me back, and now his voice mail is full, very frustrating. WHAT IS GOING ON??
