FAQs
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of my clients are small businesses with 1 or 2 owners and maybe a few employees. The most frequent types of services are on a monthly basis. The client uses quickbooks for bookkeeping and payroll. I review their books & payroll, pay monthly payroll & sales tax & reconcile their bank account. Quarterly and annually I prepare necessary payroll and sales tax returns. Once all of those items are finialized I can prepare their tax return. Most services can be completed remotely. With remote access, there is no need for appointments. We can accomplish everything without interrupting the work day.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Looking for a person/firm to help you run your business can be scary. I have over 10 years of experience, reasonable/affordable rates, and I deal with my clients one on one. No need to pay the high rates of a firm when I can offer you the same service at a more affordable rate.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Education is important, but it is not the only factor in finding a good CPA. I have a Bachelors Degree, as well as I am a CPA. I have been in the public accounting field for over 15 years and have been self employed for 8 of those years. I am a Certified Quickbooks Professional Advisor and have been for 12 years. Being self employed has really given me an insight into what small business owners have to deal with on a day to day basis running a business.
