FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $50 an hour for the initial clean. Moving forward if we agree on a day and time that works I can either keep it at that price or I can tell you what it would be for the entire job (set price) each time I come. I try to cater to my clients as best as I can.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I clean a home for the 1st time I typically charge by the hour as I do not know 100% how long it will take me to complete the job. I can give you a rough estimate once I see your home and we discuss what you would like completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I used to clean a few houses when I was young (fresh out of high school). I was a dental assistant for over 20 years and my OCD with cleanliness in a dental room, with equipment and sterilization techniques has trickled down into my business. I worked with a friend of mine that owns a cleaning company for a few and she trained me even further on what products you should/ shouldn’t use (ingredients can change over the years and you can never be too careful) I then took what I already knew and added to it and decided to start my own cleaning company.
