- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The key to PC Support is to correct the problem the first time while spending the least amount of time doing it. To accomplish this, the PC Tech needs to have three things: 1) Customer relations skills 2) Years of experience 3) Efficient research skills The customer skills are needed to explain the problem and possible solutions as well as some preventative steps in a manner that does not make the customer feel talked down to. The years of experience gives the tech a wealth of knowledge that he/she can use to find and correct to the problem in the least amount of time. Nobody can know everything, so having efficient research skills will help limit the time finding the solution to the current problem
