My services include computer repair on hardware and software, such as installing hard drives, electrical unit, CD/DVD drives, RAM chips, video cards, and ethernet cards.
I also partition the hard drives with an operating system of the customers. Also, at the customers choice, I add an anti-virus software to protect their computer. I also have skills in WAN/LAN technology, such as router configurations, networking routers and switches, introducing them to other networks.
I also have server, active directory, DHCP scope, windows infrastructure, and DNS skills. I'm also skilled at subnetting IP address to create new networks.

A. How do I go in and configure a router? I show them the code I have written to configure a router for example, In a router when you hit return you get Router> prompt. Now in order to get in to privileged mode you type enable and you get a prompt like this Router#. Now we need to configure this router so you type configure terminal or conf t now you go to work.
