It was overwhelming but Cynthia offered to project manage the renovations. She pulled together a team of licensed contractors to do everything from removing walls, rebuilding floors, painting, electrical - just all of it. All while, managing the other properties. Each week I was provided a summary of remaining tasks, what was completed, next steps, and any new tasks to be addressed. The communication was unparalleled to none. She even helped out with interior decorating and selecting furniture! She was actually a bargain of sorts."See more
