- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer promotions periodically based on local events and referrals. Whenever you contact us, if there is a promotion you're eligible for, we let you know!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, the customer submits an inquiry. From there, we discuss your event details, our offerings, and finalize a decision that works best for you. To keep things simple, we send a contract and a 50% retainer fee is due at signing. In the background, we create your customized details and keep an open line of communication with you. Two weeks before your event, the remaining balance is due. Finally, we show up and show out!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a trained classical singer with years of experience delivering music for high ticket events as a musician. I have experience with preparation, execution, and making sure that I deliver a quality that is pleasing to the guest of honor. These are transferrable skills and ensure that I am able to provide the best customer service possible.
