Having a terrbile experience with accountability, craftmanship, and integrity with the entire company. Our hardwood floor was ruined by a J&R Flooring tradesmen and we have spent the last 8 months trying to work through the issue with J&R managment to no avail. They have been unresponsive and we are being forced to use the court system to settle our issue. J&R does not stand behind their work. Please avoid them.
