FAQs

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I worked for a friend who had his own web design business. I then parted from his company when he changed professions and started my own. It was quite the step of faith as I had never started a company. It has been very rewarding.

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently got a frantic call from a potential customer. A former designer had not done what they desired. They lost out $1250 on a non-functional website and were very dissatisfied. They talked to us as if we were the company who did it. They did not want to pay us the 1/2 down due to the previous experience. We had a choice at that moment to walk away and not deal with them, or help them out and take on the difficult task of making them happy. We decided to help. We granted them a different payment plan to help ease the tension and then began to develop a report with them to build a future ongoing relationship with an ongoing client. Ended up they were extremely happy and have brought in much business through word of mouth due to them being pleased with our work. We like to go the extra mile!

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Website design and graphic design can either make or break your business. You have to think of it from the standpoint that it is representing who you are to not just your neighborhood, but the world. Don't cut corners. It is the "Storefront" to your business. Your initial impression when someone comes to your website will make or break that opportunity for a potential customer or a lost sale. Remember to do it the right way the first time. It will cost you upfront, but save you in the long run and increase your potential for profit.
