A. Website designers need to follow the "Rules" and therefore comply with W3C standards. The website design should not have any "weird" code that only that designer knows how to interpret. In other words, don't use any canned templates that are crammed with spaghetti code.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Do you have your own website? The answer better be Yes.
Do you use tables for layout? The answer must be No.
Do you use templates for layout? The answer should be No, because templates add too much complexity and make website portability impossible.
