Every company, organization, and individual I referred Jared to has raved about his response time, his competence, his problem-solving ability, and helpful instructions for their various computer needs. I have sent him in to some uniquely challenging situations where he never fails to get the job done to everyone's satisfaction.

Not good :-( Although I have agreed to his price without any negotiations, I did not get what I asked for, and, in the process, the internal wireless chip was destroyed as well as the mouse key pad. Of course he did not pay for the damage, but, he provided me with an external USB wireless adopter. My laptop is never the same. To fix the damage, Sony wanted $320. I would defiantly go somewhere else for any new computer services. He did not ask to get paid for his work or time.
Chimovitz Industries's reply
Unfortunately the manufacturer of this computer placed data cables on top of the ram which, when it heated up, caused damage to the cable. When the computer was opened, the cable separated and wouldn't carry informstion. Also the manufacturer prevented us from replacing the hard drive with a larger SSD. Unfortunately theses problems were not our fault however we did supply the customer with a wireless card and mouse at no charge and wrote off the 3.5 hours of time we had spent on their computer.

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

The most common jobs we handle are virus/malware/spyware removal and repairing Windows. We hold off reloading computers unless it is the last and most economical option.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

We suggest any customer looking to hire a computer professional ask about their professional experience. Anyone can Google a question however those of us with experience will know the answer and normally we can anticipate the question, also.
