Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Our most common types of jobs are logo design, business cards and flyers for businesses. These are the basic items all beginning businesses need to start and we are there to help them get off and running. We also offer custom packages that give great discounts if you purchase for example your logo, flyers and business cards at the same time! For individuals we print and design a lot of senior open house invites, wedding invitations, and thank you cards for events.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Look for a provider that has experience. Some people are great designers, but do not have any experience in the printing industry so after you pay them to design something the printer needs files tweaked which slows your production time down. We have experience on both ends so we know how to take your idea from concept to final product with no hesitations or without you having to goto multiple sources for your products. This saves you time and allows you to focus on other priorities within your company.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Paper types are always hard to understand for most people. Any type of project that you plan to write on with standard pens and pencils, you will need a non glossy stock. Remember that color always attracts more attention then black and white, so when possible use color, even if its just to highlight important areas on a black and white document that you want people to read.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. How much experience do you have in this industry? Do you specialize in one area of the industry or does your knowledge base span over the entire industry? What type of guarantee do you offer on your products? Do you offer unlimited revisions with your designs?

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. When possible, think ahead about colors and other elements you'd like to incorporate into your design. Decide on what audience you will be targetting with the design. What types of products will your design be used on and for? Also, bring a small write-up about your company or event we are designing and printing for. The more we understand about it, the better we can compliment the work to match it.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Our products are printed on high quality stocks with the newest technology to provide you with the best look at the best value. We print our business cards on 16pt stock where many other companies print them on 10 or 12pt. We offer custom designs for each order so that you are not choosing from a template that 1000's of other companies may already be using. Your idenity is important and we work to make sure you stand out from other companies.

A. We have over 30 years of combined printing and design experience to bring to the table. We have watched the industry blossom and enjoy being a part of it as it grows. We love to see works that we have created being used in the public. We love to go that extra step and exceed our clients expectations. We are able to make design and printing for clients a comfortable experience. We know it can be a complex task sometimes so we strive to make it as easy as possible for everyone involved. This industry is very rewarding to us.
