- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each client is uniquely priced; I do have a base system with prices for standard packages..but based on the clients wants/needs for each event we either build on that or often times even cut cost to fit the clients budget based on those needs. We try to cater to everyone and their budget, within reason and the best of our ability!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally with a customer we like to either meet or have a phone conference to both get them familiar with us as well as us with them. This also is great to get a better feel of what type of customer we are dealing with, and their likes, dislikes and personal wants so that we can provide the BEST experience for any event...and EVERY event is unique to them!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have trained under some of the best professionals in the business, from club DJ's to professional event and wedding companies, to which I still continue to contract for and work with to this day!
