- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A photo session includes photo coverage, edited images, and an online gallery with printing rights. There are no extra charges for downloading photos, and you're not obligated to order prints through me. Travel fees only apply to sessions located more than 100 miles outside of Grand Rapids.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After inquiring with me about your session, if we are a good match, the next step is to reserve your session date. I will send you a link to book your session and have you sign a contract. Payment is due on the day of your session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Film Production from Grand Valley State University. Prior to transitioning to full-time photography, I served as the in-house photographer and editor for a public relations firm. Additionally, I worked as a freelance wedding photographer and editor, collaborating with various wedding companies to deepen my expertise in the industry before launching my own business.
