Without a doubt, Eric is the most knowledgeable and caring computer tech I have ever met. He goes out of his way to come to the home of the client, and he will stay for there for however long it takes to fix the computer. He does not charge by the hour, but rather, for the service rendered. He also follows up quickly with phone calls, and makes himself available for his clients. I recommend him highly to anyone who needs computer help. His honesty, attention to client service, and dedication to his work makes him #1 in my opinion.

Thank you! I try my best to offer fair prices for my clients, and I make it a standard to make their problems my own.

I took my son's X-box in for repair and was extremely happy with the service. TJ is the name of the tech who performed the repairs. The cost of the repair was very reasonable. I dropped the unit off Friday evening and it was repaired in less than 24 hours! I can't say enough about the service and definitely recommend D-Frag!!!

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

My most common job is virus removal. Most of my clients will get a virus through either surfing the web, downloading malicious software.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Check reviews, check prices and get to know your technician. It's never a bad idea to develop a decent relationship with your IT guy!

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Sometimes I wish a client knew, depending on the job, that I cannot always estimate when I'll be able to have their computer back to their normal settings.
