We do hardwood floor refinishing for a great deal and outstanding quality. We can refinish hardwood surfaces for $1.35 per sq ft of flooring (this includes sanding and 2 coats of polyurethane), when most contractors charge three to four times that price. This is less expensive than pergo, carpet, hardwood replacement, tile, and linoleum in most cases.

Hardwood Classics Restoration sanded and refinished the floors in two of the upstairs bedrooms in our Northville home. They were very professional and the workmanship was top notch - the floors look great. We were so pleased with the results, we called them back two weeks later to pull carpet and refinish the hardwood floors in our living and dining rooms.
