We have formed a new company for "Eyes on Cameroon" It is "I's Help"
This is a non profit organization who's goal is to collect 10,000 pairs of eye glasses for
Cameroon Africa. Date to travel is January 20, 2010. Eye glass collections will end on Jan 6, 2011.
You may help by sending old prescription glasses of at least 10 (with no eye glass cases)

You may also help with flyer miles for the band who's been asked to aid in this ministry with

The Gratitude Steel Band • Keego Harbor, MI

The band is a combined instrumental and vocal group using live steel drums. Its styles are reggae, calypso, soca, and various Latin styles. The group is a mix of West Indian and American college trained musicians, who have grown up playing Afrocentric, Jazz and Motown Styles.
The Band performs secondary schools both parochial and private. The band has performed university commencements for U of M and Wayne State. Weddings, bat mitzvahs, parades, cruises and more are just some of the events this band makes swing.
Caribbean Holiday Events, Harvest Moon and PGA tournaments are also apart of their arsenal of events. We are currently receiving eyeglasses for Cameroon Africa where we will travel in Jan 2011.
