Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Flooring, Decking, Roofing, Construction Management

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. As a business owner, I know that the lowest price always comes with a trade off. That's usually in service or in product. Unscrupulous contractors will not tell you what your sacrificing. We don't have any hidden fees or costs. We may not be the lowest priced, but we do all of our work with the integrity of knowing you won't be calling us back with a problem.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Ultimate Epoxy is a full service contractor. We'd proven our capacity as a leader in epoxy flooring and have applied the same quality principles to other avenues in our business including flooring of every type, deck building & repair, general contracting, and construction management.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. We love helping our clients reach their goals and turn their dreams into tangible reality.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Customers frequently ask why do you continue to do smaller flooring jobs? The answer is simple; those jobs are what we describe as "Bread & Butter", it's where we started, and we'll never give up on our roots.

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. Our favorites are those moments when customers see the finished work. Each and every job, that's what keeps us going.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. Most of our customers know us well. When it comes to knowing about our profession, they need to be shown that we care about our workmanship and quality, and when we're completed they know it.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. Our profession chose us, moreso than the other way around.

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. We recently had to replace over 14,000 sq. ft. of flooring in an institutional building. The project brought certain challenges being a historic building requiring maintenance of the "historic nature", while offering modernization. The project also had to be completed within a 3 week time frame. A real challenge where the customer worked with us to carefully schedule events to minimize disruption. All of our people pulled together so well with the owners team it was incredible.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. Everyone at Ultimate completes more than minimal continual education each year. We also attend several trade events and functions throughout the years to make sure we're in touch with industry trends and developments.
