A. Because we sincerely care about our customers, we work hard to make sure everyone is set to enjoy the vacation that they want best and we try to help them reach their vacation dreams. We listen to our customers, we find out what they like best and we try to match that to their vacation plans. But the most important thing that we do is we stand behind our customers and are there for them 24/7 - before, during and after their vacation to help with any questions, concerns, problems or follow-up that is needed. For us, the vacation is not over until the customer says there are sad to be back home.

A. The fact that i get to help people make their vacation dreams come true, that I get to help young people plan a super honeymoon, that I get the joy of helping people plan their first cruise or their first resort vacation - to see the sparkle in their eye as I tell them about their chosen spot or a place that I recommend - it's just better than they money. If I were rich, I would do this for free.
