- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices can vary because jobs can change all of the time, for the most part I can set flat rates but for troubleshooting/diagnosing/repairing an 1 time flat rate of $100 will be set and hourly rate for every hour it requires to get the job done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer is getting to know the customers wants and needs to achieve 100% satisfactory results!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing electrical for 4+ years doing everything you can think of in a brief amount of time when it comes to the trade, custom remodels, new construction, commercial, industrial pool equipment, service equipment, transformers, generators, transfer switches. I primarily specialize in commercial but my knowledge and expertise is no different than residential.
