A. Compare local shops. Check their prices against other shops, check their reviews and ratings online, see how many other people in the area are currently using that shop. Even if a shop is new, good word spreads quickly, and you should be able to find information and helpful reviews for whatever shop you may be going to. We are confident that when searching The Car Whisperers, talking to any of our current or past customers, or comparing our work and prices to any other local shop that you won't be disappointed!
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. The more informed you are about your vehicle, the better for many reasons. Many shops are more willing to rip off a customer if they think that they can pull something over on them because the customer is not informed. While at The Car Whisperers that is not something you will experience, you will feel more secure in your repairs and be more assured that you're getting the best deal possible if you are more informed.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. Ask about certifications, how many years that service professional has been working in their trade, and what schooling they have completed.
