Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. I will let the customer know the services we offer, to call some of the other companies with the same services they are looking for. When they have the information that they need to make an informed decision, to make the decision. If our company is not the company they choose, we are happy that they have chosen the correct one for them. We are just a phone call away if they ever change their mind.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. It would be how they treat their customers along with their employees.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. It would be if they have insurance? How long has the business been in operation? Do they have any references to share? Does the owner work beside the employees?

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. The time involved for the service to be completed properly, and is the price in line with their competitors.
