Question and answer

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I provide my personal cell phone # to all my customers. I am always available to address any concerns our customers have. They can reach me virtually anytime. Quality is our #1 concern. I use quality paints from Sherwin-Williams. The preparation we do to ensure a quality result is what seperates us from the rest.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I take pride in bringing my customers' vision to reality. I am very personable and easy to talk to. My favorite projects involve customers that select bold colors.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. The question I get asked the most is "How many coats of paint do you apply"?

We always apply a minimum of two coats. Many painters try to get away with one thick coat to save on labor. Generally, you end up spending the same time in labor touching up after 1 coat and you end up with "runs". I prefer to apply two coats knowing there will be no questions with the coverage. In my experience, 2 thin, even coats of paint always covers better than 1 thick coat. We always use Sherwin-Williams "Superpaint" unless otherwise specified.
