Excess grout on tiles, I got some of it off with a good scrub and thought the rest would come off with a couple more. It didn’t come off & now looks discolored/spots on the tile. Some of the tile grout is cracking already (two weeks since completed& barely any traffic). I asked to have a marble slab applied to the second doorway like the first because the metal piece digs into my foot. He never responded to my reaching out about the extra grout or the sharp edge/marble piece. I also had asked him to remove the old floor (included in price) he didn’t take it out he said the “ glue was too sticky/ too difficult”. I still paid full price.Very disappointed & I feel like i wasted my time and money & will have to pay someone else to fix it. Go to a better company.
