Dweebs On Duty saved the day for my husband and I. We were so excited when we received our new computer and could not wait to use it. Shortly, after installing out new computer, we realized our computer had a number of viruses. Instant panic set in and then I remembered hearing about this service Dweebs on Duty. Once we contacted them and logged into their site the technician was able to solve the problem on their end. That day our computer was working again. I'm pleased with the friendly service and the short amount of time it took to get our problem resolved. I highly recommend Dweebs On Duty!

I thought that I was going to need to replace my computer when it became unusable due to several viruses. I called Dweebs on Duty and they came out the very next day and not only were able to clean my computer, but also gave me the tools and training I need to prevent future incidents. I was also helped by Dweebs on Duty once by calling into their weekly Podcast and they were able to help me with an issue I was experiencing. Thank you Shane and Rob! Belinda
