Introduction: Hi! I have recently had to take time off for medical reasons and am now coming back! I have had some spots open up since taking time off. I have been cleaning part-time for nearly 10 years, and in 2022, I started my business full time. My full-time career during those part-time years had been in healthcare. Wall washing and shampooing of carpet can be added for additional pricing.

First, let me say, Danielle is AMAZING! I've tried numerous cleaning crews in town, and have always had issues for 2 reasons - (1) they won't do just what you want or need done and (2) they don't clean as well as I do so I end up having to clean after they clean which defeats the purpose. Danielle came in and was more than happy to work with me on my families needs - she comes weekly and helps me with the bathrooms, showers, full house dusting, and floors. I don't need things like my kitchen done as that is cleaned constantly every day - and so she accommodated that! She is ALWAYs on time and she is so thorough that I don't have to worry about her missing anything while she's here. I just love her and can't recommend her enough :).

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The prices given on thumbtack are estimates only. Exact prices can not be given until home has been seen, except moveout and deep cleans; those are hourly. Deep cleans and move out cleans time quite a lot of time. A lot of time, detail and attention go into these cleans which is reflected in the price. Washing down cabinets, baseboards, trim, light fixtures, moving items from shelves, takes time to be thorough. I am going to leave your house how I would want someone to leave mine. I only use the best quality chemicals to clean and also offer 'green cleanings'.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
What exactly are your expectations. I have a check off list of what gets done on standard cleans, deep cleans and move out cleans. If there is something missing on that check off list, let me know and it can be added as an add on. If you go with me or another company you always want to clarify exactly what you expect to be done or want/ think will be done in that clean do that way you and your cleaner are on the same page and you will be left satisfied 😊
