I hired this guy for a complete renovation on a home recently. It was a TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE MISTAKE. He took advantage of our company in several ways. First, he removed all the copper plumbing from the house. He said it needed to be replaced but in fact, it did not. Second, his wife would call me begging to give Bob a check because "her baby needed diapers". I let her know to never call me again and this was a matter between Bob and me and completely unprofessional to receive a call like this. Next, I told him if he did a good job on this property, I had several more for him to do. He asked me if he could stay at one of our rentals while working on them. I agreed, but I stated it all depended on how well this property was completed. Well, he decided to move his wife and kids in and then lie to my face about living there. I had to call the police and it was agreed they would be out by this Friday (so I'm still dealing with it). He is claiming that I agreed he could "just live there". No lease, no application, no nothing. His wife has been texting/calling me and threatening to press charges because I said they could stay there. Wow, pretty pathological. Furthermore, anyone who hires this crook is damned!!

Was able to complete the job the next day. Installed 7 light fixtures at a very reasonable price. Did a good job. I would not hesitate to hire him again.

Bob came to change out the chandelier in my foyer, which has an 18' ceiling. He was on time and very careful and thoughtful when it came to how to go about it. He did a great job!
