He also was the News Editor for the West Bloomfield Eccentric. DOC is a "super-generalist" who understands project management (budgets, schedules and quality control functions), how to write/edit, how to manage coach and lead large staffs, how to develop media strategies and messages, how to lead training and communication initiatives, and how to service internal and external customers to get the job done for you. DOCOM Consulting specializes in helping workers develop their employability skills portfolios. DOC earned a Master's of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing/Management from Wayne State University in Detroit and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Mathematics (with secondary teaching certification) from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor. He also is a Certified Focus Group Moderator through the Burke Institute in Cincinnati.
