If you feel like a new recruit, don't worry. We won't ask you to hit the floor and do 50 push-ups. But when you've had back pain or some other form of pain once, there's a 90 percent chance you'll have it again sooner or later.
The key is knowing how to take care of problems when they happen know how to lower your chances of future problems. That's what Bodywork Bootcamp is all about!
A successful military effort requires:
• Planning
• Preparing
• Responding
• Discipline
Likewise, people who've had chronic stress, pain, dysfunction, trauma or injury, do best when they have a plan, when they prepare, and when they respond using ideas and methods that work. Bodywork Bootcamp provides the information and resources to help you succeed in this mission. We're counting on you to provide the needed discipline by applying the tips and strategies you'll learn.
Bodywork Bootcamp is a scientific long-term rehab program, not just for individuals who have chronic pain or dysfunction or some other debilitating issues, but those who want to start to prevent some of the common issues that develop in our bodies as children!
Adults don't often realize that young children can be inflicted with stress and dysfunctions that make it harder for the child or adolescence to concentrate in school. Many issues can be so subtle; we assume the problem will correct itself or some type of medication will correct it for us.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Never hire a massage therapist strictly by price! This is one of the worst mistakes! You want someone who can provide you with the most effective care and treatment! Therapists who "low-ball" their prices do not have the confidence in their ability or quality of treatment or lack experience in helping someone out of trouble!
A therapist who has a higher fee may offer more comprehensive services that the cheaper therapist does not offer.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. I am motivated to help individuals achieve their goals in health and fitness through advanced therapeutic bodywork called Neuromuscular Therapy. NMT is not just a technique but a unique way of looking at the anatomy & physiology of the human form as well as the pathology (disease) that develops due to stress on the body in many forms!
As a Certified Neuromuscular Therapist, I don't just rub the body, I educate my clients in their role in their own health maintenance and self-care as well as the knowledge they need about their body!
I use a "toolbelt" of techniques and approaches that are PRECISE AND SPECIFIC to the nerves, muscles, tendons, ligaments & fascia (connective tissue). I educate my clients about nutrition, and will even test drinking water samples for contamination, as our water that we drink NEEDS to be clean to be effective in keeping us healthy!
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Working with people and helping them where other highly qualified health practitioners have failed in offering effective solutions!
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Q: Does insurance cover the treatments?
No. However, many great EFFECTIVE health treatment modalities are not covered under insurance! Trying to cover therapeutic treatments under insurance can limit the effectiveness of what can be offered! Sometimes it is a BETTER investment in your health if you pay out of pocket so you are not faced with insurance limitations and the therapist can do EVERYTHING in their power to help you get relief!
