A. We are the Hardwood flooring specialist. Most commonly we spend our time changing ugly worn out floors to beautiful refinished or newly installed floors!

A. Do your homework. Spend some time getting a few estimates. Then invite Functional Floors in for an estimate. You will very quickly see the difference and will feel much more comfortable in your decision.

A. If I were a customer I would need to know the proper way to maintain my newly refinished hardwood floors so they stay as beautiful as day one for years to come.
