Introduction

In 2006, Brainiac In-Home Tutoring provided K-8 academic tutoring in the comfort of our families' homes. Then, in 2008, tutorial services were extended to include high school and college students. By 2012, online tutoring was introduced, and the company went worldwide. During the year 2020, we were able to transition to our online tutoring platform when the country faced a worldwide health crisis and it was no longer safe to travel. Our well-trained and highly skilled professional tutors are flexible with scheduling sessions and tailoring tutorial sessions to meet the educational needs of our tutees, along with their personalities and academic strengths/challenges. We offer payment plans that fit most budgets. You have the option to pay-as-you-go or purchase a package deal. Also, our prices include more than one core academic subject at all grade levels. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer reasonable prices and quality tutorial services. We have several payment methods available. You may pay online with most major credit cards, as well as electronic checks through our website via PayPal. We accept verified bank drafts as well. You can contact us regarding special promotions.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Note: Online Tutoring During The Pandemic. You don’t have to drive anywhere if you prefer in-home tutoring services or online tutoring via our educational portals or Skype. The tutoring session format we primarily use is the one-on-one method along with the tutoring cycle. Your child will receive personal attention and feedback from a Team Brainiac tutor during and after each session.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our international and domestic professional tutors are certified teachers and/or professionals with at least a 4-year degree. They have years of teaching and/or tutoring experience in various subject areas. Also, they go through a criminal screening process every two or three years.
